Hot swaged from high quality chrome vanadium steel. Fully hardneed shanks with non-spreading safety heads according to DIN standard. No splintering and bulging of the heads. Hardness tolerances according to DIN. Heads: HRC 38-46; Blades: HRC 54-58. extremely wear resistant and tough. Individually ground and polished to smooth metalic shine. Available in painted or powder coated finish.
